About this website
This notice describes information handled through tenonsmart.com, the smart lock and smart door website of Guangdong AP TENON Sci. & Tech. Co., Ltd. For questions about information you provide through this website, contact wp@aptenon.com.
Product and project inquiries
Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, an optional telephone number, and your message. Please include only information needed to discuss your product or project requirements. Form submissions are stored in the website’s inquiry system and delivered to our business email so our team can respond and follow up.
Blog comments
When you submit a comment, the website receives your name, email address, optional website address and comment. Approved comments can appear publicly with the name and website address you supply; the email field is not displayed as part of the public comment. Do not include private information in the comment itself. If you select the option to save your details in your browser, cookies remember your name, email and website for a later comment. Website records may also include technical information used to operate the service and review unwanted submissions.
Website traffic and advertising measurement
The website uses Google tags to measure visits and advertising results. These services can process technical information such as browser and device details, page visits, referral information, advertising identifiers and cookie identifiers. A successful inquiry submission can send a conversion event to Google Ads. This submission event identifies the advertising conversion and uses a randomly generated submission identifier. The event added for this purpose does not contain the name, email, telephone number or message entered in the form.
Google explains its data handling at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can review Google’s advertising controls and manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies or scripts can affect measurement and some website functions.
Technical services and external links
Website and email providers process information needed to deliver pages, receive inquiries and operate these services. When your browser requests a page, technical information including its network address and browser details is transmitted to the relevant service. Links to social networks and other websites lead to services with their own privacy notices.
Questions and requests
Contact wp@aptenon.com if you need information about retention of an inquiry, want to correct details you supplied, or want to request access or deletion. Please identify the inquiry and the email address used, so the relevant record and request can be reviewed.
